I had an appointment with Courtney who assessed a calf issue I had. She treated and advised on injury prevention methods and specific stretches I can do which I have incorporated into my program. The pain has gone so im very happy I made the decision to book in and wont hesitate to come back in the future.

I have made more progress with Mazeie in around 3 months than I have made in 9 years and 4 years for the two injuries she is rehabilitating. I have had xrays, scans and treatment plans, none of which made any difference. With her combination of hands-on treatment AND my commitment to the exercises she prescribes I am in less pain than I have been for years and I am beginning to be able to do more of what I want to do. Mazeie Is a wonder! Not only do I see her for all my niggles as they crop up but I send all my gym clients to her too. She has so much knowledge and she works with her clients to keep them moving and to get them back to sport and fitness as soon as they are able.

I started running at the ripe old age of 37 and in the process of working through a Couch to 5K and then training up for my first 10K race, I caused myself several injuries from Plantar Faciatis to “runners knee” caused by an inflamed IT band. Mazeie helped me through each injury and got me back to running again very quickly.
